What would be a session for Spine strength training at length and to length, creating specific setups, tactile and verbal cueing to help reaching deepest tissues and teach the Nervous System how to behave strength between each vertebrae.
Still, is not a generic approach but specifically crafted for my client’s current needs and capacity.
